The Social Network:
I am not a huge, huge fan of Facebook or the movie based on the invention, but one of the scenes is really quite lovely. It's the scene where the twins who are suing Mark Z. are in their rowboat competition in England, I believe. These are real action shots, with water flying in the air. The music helps, also. The colors of each shot are like a Ralph Lauren Polo commercial. The scenes are mostly medium shots/close-ups of each team, with the head teammate always rowing his little heart out. You can see the veins of each's neck pulsing in the moment. That is basically the only scene I find relatively artistic.

I love The Social Network. It is a great movie that provides tremendous input into the history of Facebook. Millions of people, including myself, use Facebook everyday but until I saw this film I never thought about the history of the website. Mark Zuckerburg put everything into his creation, and in turn created a website that allows friends and family all over the world to connect on a daily basis. Facebook is a great invention and we should be thankful Mark Zuckerburg made such a great invention.
