Shawshank Redemption
This past weekend I watched one of my most favorite movies. Shawshank redemption is a story of men in prison who keep a positive outlook on life which ultimately allows them to get out of jail. I really enjoy this movie because of its different point of views and intensity shown through the main characters within prison. The one message that I learned from this movie is that if you stay positive about an extremely negative situation, you can always make something good out of it. These kind of movies, make up majority of the movies that fall into my category of favorite movies because it shows a great story where the innocent and good person always perseveres. The director of this film uses lighting and other aspects to make the film look older than the time that it was actually shot, which also adds to the great affects of this film.
