Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations
Most of you have probably heard of or seen this show on the travel channel. I am a big fan of the travel channel. I love to get a glimpse of places that I've never been. Watching the travel channel often leaves me wanting to go to these places. I have to say I'm a little jealous of Anthony Bourdain. He travel all over the world and immerses himself in the culture of that country. The main point of the show is to show how food plays such an important role in every culture. He shows how each culture has their own signature style of food and the importance it plays in their culture. I love seeing all the interesting things people eat. America is really the only country that seems to not really have its own food style. We incorporate food from all over the world: italian, mexican etc. I wonder what our signature style would be if we had to choose? Maybe our style is just a little bit of everything together.

Interesting questions!
ReplyDeleteI love this show.! Anthony Bourdain is such an unusual host. His grumpy attitude makes me more willing to trust in his opinions about things. Unlike the usual, super perky host, I know he'd tell the truth if he really hated something.
