How I Met Your Mother

I am a big fan of sitcoms, and love Seinfeld, King of Queens, and have just recently gotten hooked to How I Met Your Mother. I remember watching some of the first season of this show, but really didn't like it because it seemed like a stupid concept to base a television show on. I have Netflix and this is one of the shows I can view on my PS3 so I gave it another chance. It has all the components that any good sitcom has, but it has its own original twist with whole purpose of the show. When you think about it, you wouldn't believe that a show could be based about how your father met your mother, but this show is able to pull of the quirky idea. I think the reason why they are able to pull it off is because of all the sub stories they can think up of that allow for each individual show to have its little piece to the complete story. The cast of the show have all stayed with the program, which is another reason why this is a strong sitcom. If you think about all the sitcoms that lasted a long time and were successful, each cast stayed together and there were few changes to the crew. I look forward to continue watching the seasons on Netflix, so that I can get caught up to watch the final season that'll reveal the truth to behind How I Met Your Mother.
