Learning about the the different angles involved in filming a movie and the process if editing a film will change how I watch movies from now on. I've noticed already, since being in this class, that when I watch movies I seem to focus on the small details including planning and angling of the shots/scenes. I don't know if this is going to stay with me forever but if it does I will become annoyed at myself for not being able to just enjoy a movie. The amount of information we learned in this class on the different camera angles and distances was more than I had already known about the movies. It gave me a different appreciation of the movies and how they are made. I know that there is a bunch of creativity that is put into making a movie and trying to think up new methods that will make their movie different from the rest. It is a shame that Hollywood is all about the molded movies right now, but I feel that it will only take one bold director to change the way movies are created and filmed.
